Activation practice

Hang it somewhere it'll serve its purpose. Ideally somewhere visible, at eye level, in the space where your day starts or ends. When you see it, stop for at least one breath. Bring to mind who or what you're holding resistance for right now. Yourself, your community, someone specific. Then look at the colours. You're not doing this alone. That's the whole point.

Visual meditation

Soften your gaze on the geometry. Let the shapes blur slightly at the edges. Notice how each colour holds its own while belonging to the whole. Stay there. You're not just looking at it. You're telling yourself what's possible.
