The geometry

Two circles, overlapping at the centre. Each complete on its own. But the place where they meet is where something new becomes possible. That's the whole idea. The almond-shaped eye at the centre is a threshold: what is and what's coming, held in the same frame.

The colours

Green carries heart energy: expansive, growth-oriented, willing to be seen. Blue holds the throat: clarity, honest expression, a voice that says the true thing plainly. Pink warms the meeting point between them. This is the palette of showing up as who you actually are and saying so out loud, in that order.

Activation practice

Hang it somewhere visible, at eye level, in the space where your day starts or ends. When you pass it, stop for at least one breath. Bring to mind what you're calling in, and hold two truths at once: who you are now, and who you're becoming. Let the eye at the centre hold them both open. Say the true thing while you're there. Out loud counts double.

Visual meditation

Soften your gaze on the centre, where the two forms overlap. Let the edges blur. Hold what is and what's coming in the same frame, the way the circles do. Stay for as long as it takes to believe it a little more than you did a minute ago.
